Terms and Conditions – Bounce AV Social Media Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter is Bounce AV, ABN: 88 658 413 014, located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees (and their immediate family members) of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • You must have a public Instagram or Facebook account to enter.

3. Promotion Period

  • The competition starts on 7th July, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 7th September, 2025.
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @bounce_av on Instagram and/or like bounceav on Facebook.
  • Follow the link in the bio to the competition landing page
  • Enter your name, email address, phone number, business name, and tell us in the comment section why you need an AV sound upgrade in  your business.
  • Only one entry per person per platform is allowed. Multiple comments do not count as additional entries.

5. Prize Details

  • Prize: 1 x small Café/retail Sonos Sound System pack including equipment (listed below) and installation by the Promoter (Bounce AV).

  • Total prize pool value: $2,277.
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  • The prize will be delivered and installed by the Promoter (Bounce AV)

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random using a digital randomiser tool on 10th September, 2025 at 11am AEST.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 2 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, you consent to;
    • Future email marketing being sent by the Promoter (Bounce AV)
    • The promoter reposting your username and suburb for promotional purposes (e.g., announcing the winner on our social pages).
    • The promoter (Bounce AV) filming content of the installation of the prize in your retail space. This will include before and after footage.
    • Providing a testimonial after the prize is installed in your retail space.

8. Liability

  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
  • The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or lost entries.
  • The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

  • Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles.

10. Legal

  • This is a free game of chance and complies with Queensland laws for trade promotions.
  • No permit is required in Queensland for this competition.
